All orders are carefully picked and packed by our small team in Dorset, England and shipped in 1-3 working days (outside of Christmas) via the Royal Mail. 

UK orders normally take 2-5 working days to arrive after shipping, and international from 3 days up to 4 weeks depending on your location.

UK 2nd Class - £3.95 or FREE for orders over £35

UK 1st Class - £4.95 

UK Next Day Delivery - £9.95

United States Fully Tracked $10.00 or FREE for orders over $100.00

International Rest of World Tracked - £12.00

NB. The customer is responsible for any and all taxes, customs fees and import duties if ordering from outside the UK. These will be issued by your local postal service and vary depending on your location. Please check the individual charges and fees for your locality so you know what to expect on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. US customers can order up to $800 without incurring custom charges.

EU & NORTHERN IRELAND

We are sadly unable to sell to the EU and Northern Ireland at present due to the new GPSR rules. This is unfortunately beyond our control, and we hope to find a solution soon.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original unopened packaging.

If you wish to return your item and it is less than 30 days since your purchase please send the item to: Hawthorn Handmade Limited, Unit 11 St Patricks Industrial Estate, Station Road, Shillingstone, Dorset DT11 0SA. Please enclose a note detailing that it is a return and your original order number. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is considered to be in its original and unopened condition.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please send us an email at info@hawthornhandmade.co.uk with details of the fault and supporting images. We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to proceed.
